An exciting opportunity has come up for a Legal Secretary to join our well-respected legal client on a permanent basis. This position will be based full time, Monday to Friday, in the York office.
Key duties to include:

Completing diary management tasks.

Liaising with key clients via email, telephone or in person.

Utilising LEAP software and the land registry portal.

Undertaking filing tasks and sorting through internal database.

Providing general administrative support to fee earners.
The successful candidate will have:
-
Previous legal secretary/administrative experience is vital.
-
Experience working in a conveyancing department preferable but not essential.

Accurate and fast typing speed.
-
Excellent spelling and grammar.
-
Able to undertake audio-dictation.
-
Strong communication skills when dealing with clients.
