I am currently supporting a great events based business located in Buntingford who are currently looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their customer service team. You must an engaging, customer focused and hardworking individual who has some great experience of working within a customer service type of role.
Within this role you will be supporting the Customer Service Manager with the delivery of outstanding customer support for the business's clients. Therefore, experience of working within a fast-paced environment where you are managing a lot of customer enquiries and queries is essential. You will also need to be a focused individual, enthusiastic, somebody who loves a challenge and thrives on working in a busy environment.
As the Customer Service Executive you will be responsible for:
Dealing with inbound customer enquiries via email and telephone
Running the live on-line chat function linked to the customer portal
Dealing directly with large clients
Order processing and updating orders
Processing refunds
Refreshing online product descriptionsThe ideal Customer Service Executive candidate will need:
Experience within a similar type of role
A friendly and engaging persona
Good IT skills
Strong written communications skills, with excellent attention to detail
Highly organised with the ability to multitask
Pro-active approach to work
Positive, can do attitude
Working Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 5:00, you can expect to receive a salary between
£24,000 and £25,000 depending upon experience. This role also offers a competitive benefits package
which includes, 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays and working in a lovely rural location. The team are a social bunch, having barbecues, parties and socials regularly together throughout the year.
You will need to car and a full driving licence as there are no public transport links to this office.
