Our client is looking for a Field Operations Manager in the Midlands area.
Responsibilities:
Developing strategies for improved efficiency and increased profit, providing guidance and support to all field staff
Analysing operations and staff performance on a nationwide basis.
Ensure full utilization of field staff minimizing unproductive pay
Developing and implementing various quality control methods
Ensuring all processes are compliant with the relevant company employment rules, procedures, and regulations
Dealing with customer complaints in association with field staff or delivery
Recruitment of field staff, onboarding and day to day management
Staff performance management, including disciplinary procedures
Production of method statements & risk assessments
Reviewing and producing COSHH assessments
Reviewing and producing H&S policies
Health and Safety officer of all field staff
Skills/Qualifications:
Proven work experience as an Operations Manager or similar role
Knowledge of organisational effectiveness and operations management
Experience budgeting and forecasting of people resources
Familiarity with business and financial principles
Excellent communication skills
Leadership ability
Outstanding organisational skills
NEBOSH or equivalent
Strong understanding of industry guidelines and regulations - i.e., TR19 Grease/Air & HSG274
