We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual, who has proven experience of working as a Recruitment Consultant, to join our growing team and support with existing client recruitment.
Role: Education Recruitment Consultant
Location: Cannock (Office Based)
Salary: £22,000 - £28,000 Dependent upon experience + Bonus scheme
Job Type: Full time – Permanent (possibility to accommodate a 4 day week)
What you’ll need;
- Experience of working as a Recruitment Consultant within a commercial setting.
- Experience of utilising Job Board search engines to attract talent.
- Experience of telephone screening candidates, objection handling and discussing all avenues of the opportunity on offer.
- Experience of managing the recruitment journey from initial screening, to cv submission, interview and outcome.
- Excellent attention to detail, communications skills and hold the initiative to manage their own activity.
- Experience of using an ATS system.
