The Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the Senior Marketing Manager in driving strategic planning, delivery, and the effectiveness of our marketing efforts to promote account-based retail finance to customers of our new and existing partners.
You will be responsible for developing, planning, implementing, and optimising Annual Marketing Plans aligned with our partners' trade plans, with a strong digital-first focus. Your goal will be to support our partners in achieving their business objectives while ensuring a positive return on investment.
Key Responsibilities:
Optimise account-based retail finance credit performance for key strategic partners, driving acquisition and repeat spends through appropriate marketing channels
Enhance customer journeys by reviewing and actioning improvements to support both commercial partnership objectives and customer experience.
Create and execute plans for key initiatives, ensuring timelines for development, execution, and delivery are met
Brief campaign production and data teams, adhering to internal processes and policies, to ensure timely and effective communication delivery
Build strong relationships with strategic partner counterparts, developing and refining communication plans with a test-and-learn approach
Present marketing updates and results at key partnership meetings on a monthly basis
Maintain accuracy and oversee the marketing budget
Champion cross-functional collaboration to develop and implement strategies that retain profitable customers and extend their lifetime value
Continuously improve customer experience across all touchpoints, aligning with our digital transformation goals
Identify growth opportunities and cost-saving measures through a Continuous Improvement Culture and digital transformationSkills & Attributes:
Experience in digital agency management
Experience in partnership management; Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, both internally and with strategic partners
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, sometimes leading them
Strong campaign management, planning, and briefing skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on accurate and timely reporting
Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
