Duties will include:

Liaison with managers and budget holders regarding purchase order commitments

Preparing VAT returns for Head Office

Collation and processing of sales quotations for all project variations

Perform credit control function for Project and Head Office companies

Raising purchase orders

Processing suppler invoices

Statement reconciliations
Previous experience of working within a finance role essential. The successful candidate will also ideally have used SAP
