Hours of work: 6:30am – 3:15pm or 11:30am – 8:00pm (alternate weeks) Tuesday to Saturday

Customer Service Administrator required immediately, for our Thetford based client.
Hales Group are recruiting a full-time Customer Service Administrator. This varied role, in a busy office environment, will suit someone with confident communication skills, a keen eye for detail and strong IT skills. The purpose of the role is to coordinate day to day administrative tasks, relating to Customer Service Centre, providing efficient support for Field Operatives to ensure maximum performance is achieved, so that customers always receive the best possible service. Day to day duties will include:
Working as the first point of contact for customer service telephone enquiries, raised by internal or external customers
Following processes to ensure a speedy resolution in line with service level agreements
Updating documents and systems throughout the day
Maintaining effective communication links with field operatives
Dealing with general correspondence and all telephone based duties
Compiling information for reports
Checking the accuracy of daily activities and assisting with the day to day running of the distribution centre
Monitoring orders and jobs to ensure that customer repairs are updated correctly on the in-house system to ensure compliance
Ensuring that serial numbers and codes are captured and errors resolved quickly
Working to achieve continual improvement The successful candidate will be focused on providing a consistently high level of customer service. You will have excellent organisational skills and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. Previous knowledge of warehousing and distribution would be an advantage.
