New Job! Sales/Customer Support Administrator
Love supporting customers and have experience with raising the administration of new orders and invoices then read on! The company are in the manufacturing sector. They need and experienced Sales Administrator to join their dynamic team. You will be responsible for supporting their sales team with all administration, preparing quotes and proforma invoices and ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day operations including keeping customers up to date with their orders.
You will need to be a positive, proactive person who is numerate with strong attention to detail and a great work ethic. Due to the location, you will also need your own transport.

About the Job:
Preparing and raising quotes and proformas
Liaising with customers via phone and email
Scheduling showroom appointments
Managing incoming and outgoing emails
Coordinating with internal departments and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods
Maintaining customer records on internal databases
Assisting with general administrative tasks including data entry and filing.
About you:
Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong time-management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
