My client is one of the UK's leading independent building services companies that specialises in several sectors including commercial, education, data centres, healthcare and residential. A huge bulk of their turnover comes from repeat business. This is a standard they strive to maintain by ensuring high standards are upket across the board.
With this in mind they are seeking to take on three Document Controllers across three divisions, Prime, Fit Out and Commerical and will be looking for someone from a M&E/Construction background.
Roles and Responsibilities: (Varied)
- Recorded, distribution and updating documents and drawings using a controlled software.
- Dealing with timesheets
- Checking dispatch documents are accurate.
- Update the revisions on drawings and as built drawings.
- Printing and scanning documents for supervisors and site manager.
- Ensuring all documented information relating to the project is going through to document management system.
- Downloading/uploading, production of workflow reports/schedules
- Managing booking delivery slots
- Scanning and management of weekly notes to head office.
- Assistance with QA documents.
- To label, log, store and process all sample approvals.
- Establish and maintain a Request for Information log.
This is site-based position in Central London and you will report to the Head of Document Controller and work closely with Project Directors.
