Site Manager - Residential
Salary: Up to £60,000 + Package
Location: Ipswich
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the on-site construction team, including subcontractors and suppliers.
• Oversee all stages of the construction process from inception to completion.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety on site.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues promptly.
• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and communicate updates to senior management.
• Ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain high standards of quality control throughout the build process.
• Foster a positive working environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Site Manager, preferably within the housebuilding sector.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid UK driving license.
