Job Description:

Planning of work schedules

Ensuring operatives are correctly allocated

Arrange, coordinate and schedule appointments

Assist the administration team

Entering and recording data into company CRM

To assist head office in any branch queries by providing all necessary employee paperwork, certificates & reports in a timely manner

Processing vehicle check sheets

Answering & directing telephone calls
