Responsibilities in your new role as the Marketing CRM Manager

Oversee the management and development of the CRM database to ensure optimal functionality and effective relationship management.

Utilise email marketing software to design and implement targeted communications for a segmented network of referrers, including new prospects.

Build and execute both offline and online marketing campaigns, leveraging direct marketing tactics to meet project objectives and achieve goals.

Craft engaging marketing content and write compelling copy for various communications, tailored to diverse stakeholders.

Coordinate and attend professional networking events, collaborating with partners to foster relationships.

Develop and quantify KPIs, benchmark performance sensibly, and provide monthly reports.

Work effectively with the marketing team and other department heads to support firm-wide marketing initiatives and projects.
Your personality, experience and qualifications

Proven ability as a Marketing CRM Manager, developing and implementing strategies that drive success and enhance network relationships.

Demonstrated experience working with and developing CRM databases, with a solid understanding of sales CRM functionalities.

Familiarity with email marketing tools and software for creating targeted communications.

Strong ability to write engaging and clear marketing copy, with experience communicating with various stakeholders.

Experience in building and managing marketing campaigns using both online and offline direct marketing tactics.

Excellent communication skills with a people-oriented approach, capable of working with different departments and building professional relationships.

Comfort and experience in attending and organising networking events in a professional setting.

Ability to develop, benchmark, and report on KPIs to both external referrers and internal stakeholders.
