They are looking for someone with 12 to 18 months experience as a Support Engineer who has the desire to move and get their foot in the door to one of the most progressive industries, Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement. You will initially deal with their support queries whilst getting the opportunity to develop your customer facing and soft skills. This will allow you to gain an understanding of tech which in turn will help you become a consultant in this space.
Ideally you will have
Experience working within a Dynamics 365 CE space
Desire to work directly with stakeholders
Strong technical capability
12 to 18 months experience as a Support Engineer
