I am seeking a recruitment resourcer/account manager for my client which is an employment agency based in Havant, hampshire
Resourcing staff in the commercial sector.
This is a warm desk, so the brief is to carry on the good work that has been delivered by the current account manager who is going on maternity leave (please noter this is a perm role not a fixed term contract)
The role:

Recruiting excellent candidates to fill the vacancies in several large contracts and new ones that are brought on by the sales department in the company.

Building strong relationships with the clients management teams

Going the extra mile to ensure an excellent customer service and maximising business opportunities - daily phone calls, client visits
The ideal candidate:
-
At least 12 months recruitment experience, not necessarily in the commercial sector.

Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with clients and candidates and to liaise effectively with the sales department in the company

A real positive can do attitude

Excellent customer service skill
