Marketing Executive (FTC - 1 year)

You’ll achieve this by developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy that spans print, media, events, and online channels. Your work will ensure a consistent brand identity across all communications, create compelling content, and drive sales-focused promotions and customer-centric collateral, all aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
Take charge of managing online content and leading innovative digital campaigns that provide compelling reasons for new and existing customers to engage with the business. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive internal communications, keeping everyone informed and aligned. By measuring key metrics and analyzing data, you will contribute to the development of strategies that continuously enhance engagement and foster lasting digital connections with customers.
Marketing Executive's Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Marketing Strategies: Craft and implement creative marketing communication plans to effectively position the company and its products to target audiences.
- Expand Social Media Presence: Grow the company’s social media footprint by executing a digital strategy across various platforms, enhancing user interaction and brand visibility.
- Lead Marketing Campaigns: Drive the creation of integrated marketing campaigns, engaging press releases, and web content to highlight the unique value of the company’s products and services.
- Website Management: Continuously refine and manage the company’s website, focusing on user experience, SEO, and ensuring content is fresh and accurate.
- Measure and Report: Analyse lead generation performance and other key metrics from marketing activities to demonstrate ongoing improvements and ROI.
- Monitor Market Trends: Respond to market trends and assess brand perception through customer surveys and feedback.
- Event Coordination: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of industry exhibitions and events.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company as an employer of choice by managing internal marketing efforts and producing external newsletters to share key updates.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively across all departments, offering proactive recommendations that support continuous improvement initiatives.
- External Representation: Represent the company at industry meetings, events, exhibitions, and conferences.
- Professional Development: Continuously enhance your skills and support your career development goals.
- Media Partnerships: Maintain relationships with media agencies, publications, and relevant industry memberships.
- Social Media Monitoring: Keep track of social media channels and disseminate information on relevant market trends, competitor activities, and events.

Marketing Executive's Benefits
- Salary £26k to £30k (DOE)
