As a Lidl Middleweight Creative, you'll play a crucial part in our multi-disciplined in-house creative dream-team. With no two days being the same, you'll develop ideas that will come to life across a huge range of channels and media. Pushing creative boundaries, entertaining the nation, and showing off your amazing thinking and art direction. You'll enjoy an extremely fast-paced role where you'll see the impact of what you do every day.

What you'll do
Ideate and design advertising, branding, store and campaign material
Within brand guidelines, you'll respond to briefs both independently and alongside art directors, copywriters and designers
Present your work back to senior creatives and stakeholders
Direct your creative through artwork artworking teams
Provide Art direction to junior designers
Work up creative toolkits for wider teams and agencies that provide direction suitable for adaptation throughout POS, events, social, billboards, Store posters, press adverts and more
What you'll need
You'll be an excellent thinker, interrogating what the ask is when briefed and providing rationale alongside your creative concepts
Compositional wizardry
Super strong typographic skills
To be able to sketch/scamp or visualise their ideas
Excellent written and verbal communication
An in depth understanding of InDesign, plus proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator
Experience working across multiple channels, ideally including print
Excellence in creativity, design craft and technical knowledge
Ability to pivot quickly and react to shifting priorities
To be an excellent team player with a collaborative approach to working
Strong time management skills and the ability to work across multiple projects
Excellent attention to detail
