Job Title: Call Centre Agent
Location: Harlow
Salary: £23,400 + performance-related bonus's
Hours: Monday to Friday, shift patterns of 8am-4pm or 10am-6pm on a weekly rotation.
Contract Details: Permanent, Full-Time
Responsibilities:
Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls
Updating the in-house system with call notes
Collecting and processing payments onto the database and setting up payment arrangements
Dealing with queries and complaints, ensuring accurate details are obtained
