This Regional Principle Construction Contractor is looking for a Contracts Manager to manage their ongoing relationship with the NHS, one of their key accounts.
On the NHS Framework the company delivers a range of construction and refurbishment projects for the NHS across London & the South.
As the Contracts Manager you will develop working relationships with key client stakeholders . You will be responsible for the winning of work and delivery of projects.
Reporting to the Contracts Director you will have P&L Accountability for the Account ensuring that projects are delivered on time, to budget and to the clients requirements.
The company are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager who can demonstrate experience of managing multiple construction projects at anyone time . It is essential that candidate has strong communication skills, a track record of managing teams, commercial acumen, and excellent relationship management skills.
With a Degree in a Construction related discipline the candidate will also be able to demonstrate experience of winning and delivering a range of Construction Fit Out Projects.
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a basic salary up to £85k ( DOE) Company Car/ Car allowance, Pension, Medical & a company bonus based on individual and company performance
