We are currently supporting a bespoke regional developer who is looking to recruit a Sales Consultant for a development in the Swansea area.
Our client can be flexible regarding the working week (weekends are required) and is offering a competitive basic salary and commission. They would also consider applications from candidates who are new to new homes sales but possess transferable skills.
As a Sales Consultant you are responsible for the entire sales process, from initial contact to post completion customer care. Negotiating the sale of houses on your development you’ll advise customers on properties, house type specifications as well as guide them through the buying process.
You will have sales targets to meet and reservations and legal completions will need to be achieved within set timescales. The role involves regular liaison with purchasers, construction teams, financial advisors, Solicitors, and estate agents.
