Elevation Recruitment Group HR Division are currently working on an exciting role with a highly profitable and successful global business based in Yorkshire who are looking for a Rewards Analyst on to join their team on a 12-month fixed term contract.
This market leading company offers a diverse range of products and are regularly recognised as a top place to work. Reporting into the Rewards Manager, the role will be responsible for compensation, benefits, recognition, and health & wellness.
As a Rewards Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
Optimising benefits across the organisation
Project work including the implementation of Global Career Framework
MI Reporting
Analysing data surrounding salary surveys
Coordination long-term incentives and bonus schemes
Supporting with Global Benefits development
Implementing the annual benefits window
Advising on rewards, compensation and benefits governance
Supporting with job levelling and pricing

The right candidate will have previous Reward Analytics experience including job levelling, annual compensation cycles, an awareness of reward frameworks as well as being highly competent on Microsoft Excel.
