This well-established family business is a multi- disciplinary group that has a large portolio of both residential and commercial properties across the South East.
There is an immediate need for a Facilities Manager to join the team. As much as facilities management experience would be an advantage, they would consider candidates with transferable skills (within reason) with the right personality and attitude to work.
Facilities Management
·Quarterly and Monthly inspections
·Inspection templates
·Monitor meter reads and update on the system
·Purchase orders, liaise with commercial accounts
·Liaise with approved contractors
·Work closely with the Asset Manager
·Legal responsibilities and safety of tenants are correctly certified and documented
·Administer contracts across estates
Tenant Liaison / Accounts Receivable
·Tenant Contact
·Arrears
·Insurance and Service Charge Arrears
·Triage Maintenance Calls
