Anderson Knight is recruiting for a Technical Coordinator on behalf of our client based in Hamilton. The role involves providing administrative and technical support to the Technical Department, ensuring that reports and data sets meet site strategy, statutory obligations, customer requirements, and company policies related to safety and due diligence. The position also focuses on developing and maintaining effective data management systems to ensure technical and operational integrity.
Role Key Accountabilities:

Respond to customer complaints via QADEX/Ideagen.

Generate ad hoc reports and log supplier non-conformances.

Identify emerging trends or serious issues.

Forward customer complaints to the technical customer services team.

Maintain Quality Management System documents

Manage document issuance and compliance.
-
Implement accurate handovers before product launches.

Ensure new products are added to testing schedules, specifically label verification.

Report audit results and non-conformances.
-
Identify and communicate trends in Technical KPIs.

Generate weekly and periodic reports, customer KPI reports, and business information packs.

Check and file certificates of analysis from suppliers.

Support traceability and collate shelf-life data for Technical sign-off.

Raise purchase orders and follow the receipting process.

Order lab consumables and log micro and chemistry samples.

Prepare for audits and site visits, arranging logistics as needed.
