Director / Head of Practice - Finance into Private Equity
Basic: c. £70-100k+
OTE: £200k+, bespoke remuneration package

- A Finance and Accounting recruitment background is essential, alongside leading teams for at least 3 to 4 years, or more.
- As the individual spearheading this division, it’s imperative you can talk about your approach to commercial success plus the impact you’ve had on people growth.
- The Practice provides a full suite of recruitment solutions, so it’s critical you have strong Business Development skills that support your track-record in winning either Search, Interim or Senior Permanent contingency business.
- Whilst this is a non-billing role, as an inspirational rainmaker your billings currently or previously are comfortably above £350k+ - ideally more if coming from an Interim and Search background.
- Overall, you were born to take the lead, have plenty of commercial acumen, fantastic at bringing new people into a business and enabling experienced individuals to blow their previous 'personal bests' out of the water.

Role
- Specialising in Finance & Corporate Development, the brand provides Senior Permanent Contingency, Board level and Interim solutions into Private Equity portfolio businesses.
- You are driving growth across 4 finance recruitment teams, currently consisting of Graduate Academy Trainees, Consultants and Team leaders.
- As the most senior person in the division, you will be collaborating and reporting to the individual who established this Practice, currently spearheading their USA growth.
- Supported by a reputable brand and exemplary Board, you play a key role in the future exponential plans, with immediate priorities focused on driving growth around people development, new business and strategic account management.
