Job Description
As a Senior Employment Solicitor you will;
- Provide exceptional legal advice on a range of employment matters to include HR Advisory matters, TUPE, corporate support and Employment Tribunals.
- Handle complex cases, both contentious and non-contentious.
- Negotiate contracts and settlement agreements.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the department.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Stay updated with changes in employment law and ensure compliance.
- Contribute to the training and development of junior team members.
- Participate in business development activities.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Employment Solicitor should have/be:
- An England & Wales qualified solicitor.
- Strong understanding and experience in employment law.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex cases effectively.
- A client-focused approach.
- Proven track record in business development activities.
