Identity and Access Management Platform Lead Recruitment Agency Ref: (phone number removed) We are working exclusively with one of the top universities in the world to recruit for an experienced Platform Owner for their Identity and Access Management Platform. This role is a key opportunity to shape future strategy, create roadmaps, and lead the delivery of initiatives in a dynamic, matrixed, and agile environment.
Salary: Up to £85,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Duration: Permanent Location: Central London (minimum on-site requirement twice per week)
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and lead the Identity Platform team, establishing new practices and collaborating with senior stakeholders
Shape and execute the future strategy and roadmap for the Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform
Collaborate with architects, other platform teams, and business stakeholders to ensure cohesive delivery
Drive the development and enhancement of the Identity Platform capabilities
Facilitate and enable team collaboration and manage conflicting priorities effectivelyExperience:
Proven experience in establishing and developing a high-performing IAM team
Demonstrated success in leading teams to achieve sustainable results through effective stakeholder engagement
Previous experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Azure Entra ID within large-scale, complex organisational structures
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and influence stakeholders
Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and lead a technical team, even if not hands-on daily
Expertise in facilitating team collaboration and knowledge of both delivery and service management
