Elevation Recruitment Group – HR Division are now working with an established Distribution Company to help them find a dedicated HR Assistant to join their dynamic HR team.
This role will support the full employee lifecycle ensuring a streamlined operation of the workforce.
Some of your key responsibilities of HR Assistant will be:
Management of the HR Administration, including document management, maintaining employee records and benefits administration
Support recruitment, posting roles, screening CV’s and assisting in interview scheduling
Coordinate training and development and tracking progress
Onboarding of new employees and undertaking inductions
Keeping up to date with policies and procedures to effectively answer employee queries
As HR Assistant, we are looking for:
Excellent administration skills, with strong attention to detail
Some knowledge of HR policies and procedures, as well as HR systems
An excellent communicator, who can build relationships at all levels
