Job Role
To provide administrative support for compliance within our Assets, both residential and commercial.
Assist with maintaining accurate records for compliancy and asset management computer systems.
Provide administrative support to Property Services Team for the completion and variation of orders, processing of invoices and preparing reports for KPI data.
Provide effective follow up action to ensure that repair and maintenance works are carried out in accordance with response times and deadline complete.
Assisting with the preparation of briefs, tendering packs and documentation relating to the selection of consultants / contractors for SHP as relevant to the department.
Being the first point of contact for all customers (such as residents, managing agents, contractors, suppliers, freeholders etc.) on all tenancy and repair related matters through a range of channels, including, but not limited to, face-to-face, telephone, email, text and web self-service
