The Accounts Assistant will support our accounting operations by performing routine tasks, such as processing transactions, maintaining financial records, and assisting with the preparation of financial reports. Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with the preparation of financial documents such as invoices, bills,
accounts payable and receivable.
• Complete bank reconciliations and process payroll.
• Enter financial information into Xero and QuickBooks.
• Help maintain contact with clients to ensure communication lines are clear.
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed,
including administrative duties such as filing and other office tasks.
Required Qualifications:
• Familiarity with basic Accounting principles.
• Proficiency with accounting software, particularly Xero and QuickBooks.
• Excellent organizing abilities and attention to detail.
• Good with numbers and the processing of financial information.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience as an accounts assistant or in a similar role.
• Understanding of bookkeeping practices.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
