As the Restaurant General Manager, you will be
- overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's day-to-day operations, focusing on achieving the best results through a clear and strategic plan
- leading, managing and inspiring the team as well as recruiting and developing
- working closely with the team to enhance turnover, improve margins, and deliver unparalleled customer service
- ensuring a high standard of customer service and experience is offered to every customer
- constantly planning how to drive and evolve the business
- liaising with the Head Chef to ensure smooth communication between FOH and BOH
You, as our ideal candidate would
- be Restaurant General Manager or an Assistant/Deputy General Manager looking for a step up
- have a strong background within fine dining (ideally rosette/Michelin experience), high quality, fresh food restaurants
- have good financial acumen and understanding for budgets and P&L
- hold exceptional customer service skills with a keen eye for detail and presentation
- be passionate, driven and enthusiastic with an open mind and a keenness to develop
- have excellent communication and organizational skills
- thrive in a fast paced environment, keeping calm and level headed
- demonstrate level headed thinking with the ability to problem solve
