Package: £175k to £200k Basic plus double OTE

To support expansion of their presence in the UK, we are seeking a high level motivated sales professional to drive growth and deliver our client’s transformative solutions to the UK Healthcare Sector. Primary Responsibilities:

Drive significant growth in the UK Healthcare Sector

Develop and execute a Healthcare strategy to exceed sales quotas and expand the public sector customer base

Demonstrate, establish, and maintain relationships with key executives and decision-makers within NHS commissioning groups

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NHS and Healthcare regulations, commissioning policies, and current state to shape contract negotiation strategies

Enhance company’s business value during the entire sales engagement by guiding prospects through intricate environments to align them with our solution

Represent the company at networking events and industry conferences

Collaborate with internal teams to define and refine our product and marketing efforts
What You’ll Bring:

10+ years of experience selling to the NHS, Care Home or Healthcare Sectors

Proven experience in a SaaS-based industry

Deep Public and Private healthcare domain understanding, including NHS procurement frameworks, organization structure, and regulations

Established network of executives at the Regional and National levels

Strong, demonstrated opportunity management practices within the UK public sector

Demonstrated understanding of business challenges faced by healthcare providers, Care Home businesses and NHS organizations and success in selling to executive buyers

Track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and executing several high six and seven figure ACV deals
