CRG are seeking an experienced and motivated Cleaning Manager on behalf of our client based in High Wycombe. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all cleaning activities meet our high standards of hygiene and customer satisfaction, while efficiently managing a team of cleaning staff.

Qualifications and Experience:

Proven experience in a cleaning management or supervisory role, ideally in a commercial, industrial, or healthcare environment.

Strong understanding of cleaning practices, products, and equipment.

Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations, including COSHH.

Experience in team management, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to manage budgets and operational costs effectively.

Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
