I have the pleasure of assisting as fast paced and excited Manchester tech company with their search for their next HR superstar. Your focus will be to drive Talent and Hr strategy through being proactive in the management of the brand, talent acquisitions, employee experience and relations. You will be excited about implementing key initiatives as well as managing the day-to-day activities of the department.
The Role-
Managing recruitment and selection, identifying innovative solutions to source and attract high calibre talent.
Coaching, supporting and challenging managers in the application of people policies and practices, providing advice and guidance on complex people issues.
Proactively updating policies and procedures, ensuring that all relevant legislative requirements are embedded in the development of policy.
always Supporting managers with ER cases to balance business focused decisions and legal compliance and ensure high risk cases are managed effectively.
Overseeing talent management activities to drive high performance.
Leading on a variety of HR projects.
Working with Manages to ensure that all new starters have a fantastic onboarding experience.
Preparing insights on people metrics, providing the managers with relevant and meaningful information to inform business decisions.
Acting as an Ambassador of the company, continually demonstrating our core values.
Managing the general office including ensuring supplies are available and assisting with travel booking.You will have experience in-
As a HR generalist with 5+ years' experience
Exceptional organisational and communication skills is required together with proven leadership capabilities.
Solid knowledge of employment legislation and its application
Proactive team player with strong service ethic and problem-solving skills
Experienced in developing and supporting line managers through change.
An ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and diplomacy is crucial.
Self-motivated and able to work under own autonomy.
IT literate
