Role Overview:
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Talent Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying, attracting, and placing exceptional candidates in roles that match their skills and aspirations. Your efforts will directly contribute to the success of our clients and the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing & Management: Utilize various channels to source high-quality candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. Maintain and manage a robust candidate pipeline.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and deliver tailored talent solutions. Provide consultative advice on market trends and recruitment strategies.
Interviewing & Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidates are a good fit for both the role and company culture. Prepare candidates for client interviews and provide constructive feedback. What We Offer:

Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools is an advantage.
