Customer Services / Sales Administrator - E-commerce
Location: Pudsey, Leeds (LS28)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (or 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Salary: Starting at £25,000 (negotiable depending on experience) + Performance-Related Bonus

We are working with a small, family-run business specializing in sporting goods, and we're looking for a dedicated Customer Services / Sales Administrator to join their close-knit team.
Role Overview:
In this varied role, you’ll be the first point of contact for their valued retail and trade customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and a smile. You’ll handle customer inquiries, process orders, and play a key role in driving sales by following up on brochure mailers and other leads. Your understanding of warehouse operations will be essential as you coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Additionally, you may have the opportunity to get involved in marketing activities to help grow their brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service over the phone and via email.
- Handling customer orders, inquiries, and complaints with a friendly and efficient approach.
- Following up on brochure mailers and sales leads to convert opportunities into sales.
- Coordinating with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
- Assisting with marketing activities, such as updating social media, creating promotional materials, and organizing events.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our product range, with a particular focus on snooker and pool products.
What We’re Looking For:
- A good telephone manner and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer service and sales administration.
- Understanding of warehouse operations is essential.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a small team.
- Proactive, with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
- E-commerce experience, with shopify + ebay + amazon desirable
