Home Manager
Keystone Care is seeking a dedicated and experienced Home Manager to oversee the daily operations of a luxury residential care home in Leicestershire. The successful candidate will ensure the highest standards of care and support for our residents, while managing staff and resources efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the care home
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Manage, mentor, and support care staff
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs
- Maintain high standards of care and service delivery
- Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions
- Manage budgets and resources effectively
- Liaise with residents' families and external agencies
Skills and experience:
- Experienced in a managing a Nursing/Residential Dementia care home
- Committed to a structured approach to training and development of staffs
- Understanding of the Care Standards Act and Health & Safety
- Relevant qualifications in health and social care (e.g., NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care)
