Zearch are on the hunt for an enthusiastic and motivated Inside Sales Executive for our client, a leading workflow optimization software company.
This role is geared toward generating revenue through both renewals and new business sales, selling advanced engineering and construction insights supported by industry-leading workflow technology solutions.
Your main duty will be to assist organizations in the UK across Commercial, Public, and Education sectors in fulfilling their Engineering, Design, Quality, Legal, and Compliance requirements through the provision of innovative solutions, enabling clients to conserve vital resources like time, space, and money while effectively minimizing organizational risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess how our clients' solutions align with client objectives and business strategies.
- Identify new potential clients or opportunities for expansion within the market.
- Craft and present tailored recommendations with a compelling value proposition to drive sales to closure.
- Manage a portfolio of key Construction accounts, using a four-point touch plan to identify opportunities for upselling and retention.
- Surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Continuously expand and develop the sales pipeline to accurately support forecasting.
- Deliver monthly forecasts utilizing Salesforce and Excel.
- Oversee contractual and administrative processes in line with internal guidelines, with support from our clients' team.
- Collaborate seamlessly with our clients' team and management to ensure excellence in service delivery to both existing and prospective customers.
Required Experience:
- A minimum of 4 years of professional Inside Sales experience (REQUIRED)
- A strong listener with the ability to quickly grasp customer pain points, develop tailored recommendations, and present a persuasive value proposition to closure.
- Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills in all communications with customers and colleagues via phone, email, PowerPoint, and communication tools such as Teams and Zoom.
- Capability to connect and engage with customers across all levels, including decision-makers, budget holders, and procurement professionals.
- Expertise in building and maintaining strong business relationships with both existing and potential customers.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong organizational and personal diary/workflow management abilities.
- Analytical and research skills for identifying potential new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
- Proactive approach in meeting monthly sales quotas and responsiveness to customer, team, and internal requests.
- Proven success in a sales-focused role, with a preference for a stable work history demonstrating consistent success.
- Familiarity with applying the MEDDIC sales methodology throughout the sales cycle is advantageous
