We are working with one of the fastest growing and best loved consumer brands in the UK. As part of a new digital first drive they are looking for a new CRM Executive to join their team.
The company has an international reach trading online in the UK, France, Germany and the US. They are privately owned and on track to double in turnover in the next 3 years as they look to expand in to new territories.
As the CRM Executive your job is to manage the customer strategy across loyalty and retention. This will look at the sign-up journeys, effective targeting and communication thereafter.
What will you be doing?
Assist in the future growth and development of the CRM team
Managing the new CRM Executives who come in to the company
Develop and design the CRM loyalty strategy
Work with automation and CRM tools
Building and maintaining customer flows
Customer journeys: monitoring/ reporting
Configuring email templates and designs
Working with brand team on effective contentWho will you be?
1 to 2+ years professional experience in CRM
B2C background (e-commerce, retail or consumer goods)
Understanding of effective email/ loyalty campaigns
Automation experience and exposure
Proactive and sociable individualIf you've used other systems in CRM or automation don't worry! Full training will be given.
