Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Bookkeeper / Company Accountant with all round accounting experience and knowledge of Xero.
Ideally the position is full time but we can be flexible for the right candidate.
Main responsibility will be the recording and maintaining the company’s day to day financial transactions used to produce monthly management reports supported by the external accountants. Day to day office administration duties would include answering the phones, emails and dealing with customer enquiries.
Main duties and responsibilities:
· Recording and maintaining daily financial transactions
· Prepare spreadsheets and management reports for Managers
· Prepare trial balances to assist accountants
· Bank reconciliation
· VAT returns
