My client, a leader within the property industry, are looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join their rapidly growing team on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will have some exposure to working in an office, will have a great telephone manner & strong administration skills.
Role & Responsibilities
Provide helpdesk support to customers by email and telephone
Ensuring customer queries are actioned in appropriate time keeping up with the teams SLA’s
To work towards providing the highest level of customer satisfaction
Inputting data onto the internal database
General administration dutiesEssential Skillset
Some exposure to an office-based role is a must
Previous experience in a customer service or admin role is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Ability to work to tight deadlines
