Home-based with UK travel (Ad hoc International travel)
Elevation Recruitment are working with a global plastic packaging manufacturing company, where you will play a key role to expand their business within the UK.
Our client sell custom-designed products predominantly into Food and Beverage manufacturers, so the ideal candidate will come from industries related to Packaging or F&B manufacturing.
This is a key role so we need someone with bags of energy and self-motivation!
The business have sites across Europe, therefore you must be willing to occasionally travel across the EU for teambuilding events and townhalls.
Main responsibilities:
Developing new business opportunities and extending the existing customers portfolio
Selling the full range of products in all market segments integrating a real industrial and lobby approach
Ensuring the development of strategic accounts
Being able to uncover, built and justify customer needs
Preparing quotes, working closely with the engineering department.
Requirements:
A proven track record in B2B sales within a manufacturing group
Be able to identify opportunities, develop leads, close deals
Cultural awareness, flexible with high reactivity
An excellent communicator and great people skills, with the ability to work on own initiative
In depth understanding of commercial drivers and the ability to apply
Driven to succeed and highly self-motivated while working within a European sales team
A full clean driving licence
