Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Sales Manager to join an up-and-coming player in the lighting industry in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team and driving revenue growth across commercial, industrial, and residential environments.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and grow market share
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and electrical wholesalers
Collaborate with marketing to develop effective sales campaigns and promotions
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
Report regularly on sales performance and market dynamics to upper management
Qualifications
5+ years of sales management experience in the lighting industry
Proven track record of successful sales performance
Strong network of contacts within the electrical wholesale industry
Full UK driving license
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to travel as needed
