We are seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, and hands-on Project Assistant to join our Fire Project team in South-West London. The ideal candidate will have a clean UK driving license, be comfortable driving within the London area, and be eager to learn and develop within our company, with the potential to become a future Site Manager. Experience as a project assistant is not mandatory, but knowledge of construction materials is a bonus. Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as IT skills, are essential.
*Please note that the role involves heavy lifting, as tasks entail receiving and occasionally delivering construction materials to different properties. As a result, the role is physically demanding and requires a strong level of fitness. Candidates should be prepared for manual labor and the physical challenges associated with this position.
In this role, you will play an instrumental part in the delivery of the project, directly contributing to the organisation’s growth targets by supporting the site managers.
Main Objectives of the Project Assistant role:

Assist site managers in meeting project objectives.

Provide administrative support to the Fire project team.

Receive and store construction materials properly.

Deliver construction materials to operatives and collect waste as required.

Support the Fire Project team with other ad hoc tasks as and when required.
Must-haves and skills required:

Clean, UK driving License

Strong prioritisation skills and flexibility to meet commitments and deadlines.

Organised and excellent Microsoft Office skills
