Description
The interim HR Generalist will:
Provide HR guidance and support to the business
Support the implementation of HR strategies and policies
Identify and address HR issues and trends affecting the business using a range of MI
Provide support and guidance on a broad range of ER issues
Facilitate employee development and performance management
Work collaboratively with the wider HR team to improve HR procedures and policies
Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and legislation
Participate in HR projects and initiatives as requiredProfile
The successful HR Generalist should be/have:
Extensive knowledge of HR practices and employment law
A solid understanding of the Industrial / Manufacturing industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a team and independently
Excellent problem-solving capabilities
Qualification in Human Resources or related field preferred though not essential
Available to start immediately or on short noticeJob Offer

Salary of £35-50,000 per year dependent on experience
