The BDM will play a crucial role in expanding the client base, building strong relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including networking, industry events, and online research.
Client Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients, focusing on small to medium-sized businesses in need of invoice finance solutions.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their financial needs and presenting tailored solutions.
Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient client experience.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges in the invoice finance sector. Key Skills & Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry.

Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
