We are seeking a Sales Coordinator for our client's team. Reporting to the Internal Sales Manager, you will be responsible for maximising sales through efficient enquiry and order handling, timely customer communication, and seamless support. You will work closely with Business Development Managers and other Sales Coordinators.
This role is perfect for a highly organised Sales Coordinator with a good administration skills and a strong commitment to customer service. A good problem solver and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with good attention to detail, coming from an account management role, managing orders and shipments.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with clients on and off-site to expand the customer base.
Implement and maintain office-based sales procedures.
Prepare, follow up, and process quotations and orders.
Keep the customer database updated and provide reports as needed.
Communicate with customers regarding delays or issues.
Support general sales administration tasks, including quotations, export compliance and NDAs.Hours & Benefits:
