Office Administrator
Location: London
£22,000 - £24,000 plus performance bonus, pension, 28 days holiday inclusive of statutory days, plus additional holidays
We are an independent consultancy that provides Legionella Risk Assessments and Water Quality Management Services across London and the South East.
Due to an increase in workload, we are now looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our growing team.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Be the main point of contact for Engineers and Customer phone calls
Contacting clients to schedule jobs and book engineer visits
Schedule and book PPM's, remedials and emergency call outs
Monitor and have knowledge of engineer daily activities
Provide updates on certification, insurance and policies when requested
Weekly/monthly spreadsheet updates for multiple clients
Monitor & update the sample tracker and distribute relevant reports to all relevant clients
Book hotels for the Engineers or organise any other travel arrangements needed
To apply for this role you MUST have or hold:
Have experience working within the Water Hygiene industry or Engineering
Experience working in a fast paced environment dealing with reactive & planned works
Fully competent with MS Office
Experience with the dealing and planning of Engineer works would be a distinct advantage
Based in and around North London
