About the Role:
Supporting the Client Operational Manager, you will assist with the delivery of purchase order expediting to ensure on time delivery to our client base. You will lead a small team of up to 6 site-based progressors, to ensure achievement of all client Service Level Agreements (SLA's) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) Working alongside other business functions including buying, inventory control and accounts payable, you will be responsible for improving the efficiency of the ordering process for our client.
Key Responsibilities:
To lead, develop and motivate the team, effectively managing performance in line with agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA's) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
Host daily and weekly team meetings to ensure On Time in Full is achieved
Train a team of up to 6 progressors, to ensure working to a standardised process
To act as a main contact for the client, stores, and support staff, ensuring the resolution of queries and escalation of client concerns
To identify, facilitate and lead process improvement opportunities (continuous improvement)
To carry out such other duties which are consistent with the nature and responsibilities of the job role

Strong IT skills with proficient use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong decision-making skillsExperience required:
Experience of SAP
Proven experience of managing a high-volume process
Experience of managing and achieving productivity targets and KPI's
Experience of communicating clearly with customer/client stakeholders
