Filing Clerk** (Contract)
Duration: 12 Months (Possibility for extension)
Location: Manchester (5 days per week on site)
Rate: A highly competitive PAYE hourly rate or salary is available for suitable candidates
Role Profile
Our client, a well-established investment bank, is currently seeking two Filing Clerks to join their team on a Fixed Term Contract basis. As a Filing Clerk, you will be responsible for filing relevant paperwork away and pulling out necessary documents from filing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Filing relevant paperwork in an organised and efficient manner
Pulling out necessary documents from filing systems accurately and promptly
Ensuring all files are properly labelled and stored
Assisting with file audits and retrieval requests
Maintaining confidentiality of documents
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a physical and manual role
Strong attention to detail
Proven organisational skills
Proficient computer skills
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required
Working Pattern:
This role operates on a Full Time basis, Monday to Friday, with a shift pattern from 4pm until 10pm.
