Your new role
The main purpose of this role is to provide extensive support to the CEO, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your duties will include:
Manage work and personal diaries and schedules
Minute taking and sending out action points
Organise board meetings and packs
Complex travel arrangements, mainly across Europe and the Middle East
Act as a gatekeeper for the CEOs office, dealing with queries as necessary
General administration as required
Organise internal and external eventsWhat you'll need to succeed
You should have experience as an Executive Assistant; if you have previously worked within the oil and gas industry, this would be preferable.
What you'll get in return
This is a 12-month maternity cover with a salary of £50-55k. The company has a wide range of benefits and offers highly flexible working; you will be able to work from home 2/3 days if you wish.
