A great opportunity for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join a busy organisation as part of their Operations team
Role responsibilities of the Supply Chain Coordinator include:
- Validate Customer orders in line with Commercial framework agreement and maintain documentation
- Add Sales orders into SAP
- Report open order book to Account Managers on a weekly basis
- Conduct monthly forecast analysis
- Use and develop SAP and Power BI to generate reports
- Daily completion of business operational activities within SAP
- Plan and track inbound shipments of finished goods
- Plan and schedule outbound deliveries to customers of finished goods with third party warehouses
Person Specification of the Supply Chain Coordinator:
- Previous experience in a Supply Chain or Logistics role
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Experience using SAP, MRP or ERP systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical and coordination skills
This position will be a hybrid role with a minimum 2x days per week in the office
